Hawkins is our registered Agent with the state, and his address serves as our legal and physical address for both business and legal purposes.
Clean up of an artifact that shows us as “tax-exempt,” which has been on the registration site for years. We are not tax-exempt. A motion for approval by the board is requested.
Landscape/Irrigation – Dave Siviter (5 min.) Draft irrigation policy document for discussion and review. Amended motion from last month’s meeting regarding the separation of landscaping and irrigation.
