The 2023 Annual Meeting will be held at the SonBridge community center at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 10, 2023. Seven Directors will be elected by association members as specified in the bylaws. Members should arrive early to register and to socialize.
Registration will begin at 1:15 PM. A proxy holder must be registered prior to receiving a ballot. Members holding proxies must arrive early to register them prior to the meeting start. Registration will be closed at 2:15 PM in order for election committee personnel to attend the meeting.

This [third] amendment to the Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of The Villages of Garrison Creek adopts that The Villages of Garrison Creek shall be governed by the Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (“WUCIOA”) identified as RCW 64.90.
This shall become effective when legally formatted and recorded provided 30% of the owners vote and 67% of votes approve at the 2023 annual meeting.
