Consider Serving on the Board of Directors
The VGC MPMA is served by a Board of Directors consisting of seven
homeowners who are elected annually by their fellow members for a
one-year term.
There are two ways to become a 2027 Board of Directors nominee:
- Application Letter for Advance Nomination. The
interested homeowner submits a letter applying to be a
nominee for Director. The letter must include the following:
- Name and contact information
- Village # in which they own or reside
- How long they have been a member of the VGC MPMA
- Why they wish to be considered for service as a Director
- Brief bio including relevant experience and expertise
- Leadership/volunteer service in this or another HOA
- Vision going forward for our community
Application letters must be emailed to the
Elections Committee Chairperson by no later
than November 26, 2026. Email letters to

- Floor Nomination. Any member may place their own name
in nomination during the designated time at the Annual
Meeting or have another member nominate them. Their
nomination should include the information listed above for
Advance Nominations.
