The DRAFT agenda includes updates concerning common area maintenance, LUS enforcement, reserve & operating accounts, new crime prevention committee , status of exit talks and, beginning planning for 2018 and beyond including recruitment of needed personnel.
The work session agenda includes an informal review of association outcomes during the first six months of 2017; discussion of end-of-year plans, priorities, including 2017 operating & reserve expenditures; and beginning look at planning for 2018 & beyond [i.e. goals, priorities, funding, and the all important recruitment of essential leaders.
All Phases are strongly encouraged to be represented at this meeting ..

VGC Homeowners will be provided an update concerning Phase 10 and 14 exit requests including Doug Botimer’s proposal to resign as Declarant and ARC Chair. This informal meeting will provide ample time for questions & answers and will also include specifics about VGC finances (present and forecasted.
