Consider serving on the 2027 Board of Directors.
New Directors to be Elected at Annual
Association Meeting on December 6th
In preparation for our Annual Association meeting on December 6, 2026, the current Master Property Management Association (MPMA) Board of Directors invites interested homeowners to run for the position of Director on the Villages of Garrison Creek 2027 MPMA Board. There are seven Director positions, each for a one-year term. The Board plays a crucial role in making decisions that affect the quality of life in our community.
Our neighborhood is a highly desirable place to live and enjoy the benefits of family, friends, and community. Continuing such benefits is critical to preserving property values.
Responsibilities of the Board of Directors include:
– Managing HOA funds and annual budget as well as the Reserve Fund.
– Ensuring compliance with established covenants and bylaws and other
governing documents.
– Overseeing the maintenance and appearance of our neighborhood.
– Working with the HOA committees to serve the interests of homeowners.
– Communicating with our homeowners in a timely manner.
Your involvement is vital to the continual success and well-being of our community. If you are interested in running for a position on the Board or would like additional information on what being a Board member entails, please feel free to reach out to any of our current Board members or to our Nominations Committee Chair, Jeanne Elliott (email: djelliottsea@aol.com). We invite your interest and questions.
We need new interest and new voices to be involved. Please let us hear from you!
John Cress, President
The Villages of Garrison Creek – Master Property Management Association
