August 2018 MPMA Work Session and Board Meeting

The Villages of Garrison Creek MPMA Master Board will meet Tuesday, August 21 at SonBridge Community Center, 1200 SE 12th Street.

There are two meetings scheduled:

1). Work Session will be held from 5:30 to 6:45 PM.  Due to time limit constraints, the Board members will not be taking questions from any HOA members who are observing the work session.  However, you will be able to write down questions and comments to share with Board members during public comment time at the regular meeting which follows the work session.

2) Regular MPMA Master Board meeting will be held immediately following the work session at 6:45 PM.

VGC Members are invited to attend either or both meetings.

UPDATE TO LAND USE STANDARDS

Hi everyone,

The ARC is working on an update to the VGC “Land Use Standards”. When completed the update will be posted on the VGC Webpage. In the meantime, homeowners must contact ARC prior to making any changes in the following areas:

1. Home Repainting: Update will clarify Home painting restrictions on color choices; limited to use of white (C2) on trim; garage and front door paint colors…
2. Pocket Parks: New Section will cover maintenance of Pocket Parks and the Riparian Area…
3. Fence Colors: Update will clarify Fence Color Standards…
4. Parking: Update will clarify overnight Parking restrictions…
5. Solar: New Section will mention adoption of RCW ruling on Solar Panels and restriction on placement..
6. Signs: Update on sign restrictions in VGC…
7. Renter and Landlord Policy: Update to Renter and Landlord Policy Section of Land Use Standards…

Board Meeting July 17, 2018

MPMA Master Board will meet next Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at 5:30 pm
SonBridge Community Center 1200 SE 12th College Place
VGC HOA members are welcome and strongly encouraged to attend 
Key discussion issues include the following:
1.  discussion of our proposed “Draft Delinquent Payer Policy”
2.  status of 985 Creekside Drive and the Sheriff Foreclosure Auction Sale
3.  update on the EXITS [Doug B, Myra Road Commercial, Phases 3-4]
4.  updates from Committees: Water Cost Equity, Financial Update,  Common Areas, etc
5.  scheduling a first meeting agenda with Phase 9 to help them form their phase government 
Ample time should be available for question/answers
