| The Annual Meeting of the Villages of Garrison Creek Master Property Management Association will be held on Sunday, December 8, 2019, at the SonBridge Community Center. Registration begins at 1:30 pm with the Meeting starting at 2 pm. A PROXY vote form was enclosed in an earlier mailing to all members. If you cannot attend the meeting in person, please sign and date the proxy form (also available for download on the website at https://villagesofgarrisoncreek.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/ProxyVillages.pdf ) and include your address, phase number, name of your proxy, date of the meeting and give it to a trusted neighbor who will cast your proxy vote per your instructions. Ballots are only available to those who attend the meeting or to their designated “ proxy” The following items will be included on the voting ballot at the Annual Meeting … 1 .. Please Plan to attend the 2019 MPMA ANNUAL MEETING scheduled for Sunday Dec 8, 2019. Registration will begin at 1:30pm, and Meeting should commence at 2:00 pm. HOA members that are running for a position on the MPMA Board of Directors will be presented for election, and the proposed 2020 Operating and Reserve Budget will be presented for approval.
