The Villages of Garrison Creek is a 100-acre new community, designed to become somewhat self-sustaining in human, environmental, and economic terms. Now in its sixth phase it has created enthusiasm by becoming one of the Valley’s most desired places to live. The projected community will grow to around 600 residences, but will never seem crowded because of a carefully considered master plan of controlled growth and development standards.
