The Villages of Garrison Creek (VGC) Master Property Management Association (MPMA) Board Meeting Announcement
To: VGC Phase Leaders and interested homeowners
When/Where: Tuesday, September 19th [5:30 – 7:00 pm], SonBridge Community Center, 1200 Southeast 12th Avenue, College Place, WA 99324
Main agenda issues include initial planning and budgeting [i.e. operating and reserve] for 2018 and beyond including an update on Phase 9 outcomes and finances. There will be ARC updates as well. The final agenda is forthcoming and will be posted to the website and available at the time of the meeting.
All VGC members are welcome to attend.
