The March meeting of the MPMA Master Board has been rescheduled and will be held next Monday 19 March[5:30 pm] at SonBridge Community Room, 1200 SE 12th Street in College Place.
Agenda items include Phase 10 Issues and all VGC homeowners behind in their phase and/or master association dues.
Also, the agenda will include updates on the status of our exit properties, waiver of Doug Botimer’s declarant rights, Doug’s ARC resignation, and the filing of VGC Covenant changes [approved at our last VGC Annual Meeting].
