Membership Meeting

Specially Called Membership Meeting

New Phase Five Development

The city of College Place has mailed to some Village residents, the notice of application regarding the Phase Five Development LLC. of Doug Botimer.  The city is only required to mail these to those residing within a certain distance of the development.  The Board of Directors feels that all residents of the Villages of Garrison Creek should receive this information.  Below is a link that will bring up a copy of the letter sent out.

Written comments will be received by the city until January 18th, 2022.  Comments or communication can be emailed, or mailed to the cities Community Development Director.  A public hearing will be held on January 25th, 2022, by ZOOM.

The letter also includes a link to the city’s website where documents pertaining to the development are located.  The link is listed below.

We strongly encourage all residents to make themselves aware of these documents, the comment due date, and the public hearing date.  All questions and comments should be sent to the city thru written communication.
